New Service Manager

We are pleased to introduce Thorstein Hansen as our new Service Manager. Thorstein commenced his role on January 15th and has now completed his introduction period. Thorstein brings with him a solid background from similar positions and several years of experience from the service sector, making him the perfect addition to our strong Aftersales team.

As our new Service Manager, Thorstein will be responsible for overseeing our skilled Aftersales team of service technicians and our team at the spare parts inventory as well as claim handling and service training. Thorstein replaces Henrik Lorentsen, who continues in the role of Product Manager at Ommelift.
