Information regarding Covid-19

At OMMELIFT we are available to our customers in Service, Spare parts and Sales. We are continuously working towards ensuring our customers cannot feel an impact in delivery of new lifts and spare parts, as well as service of your lifts.

OMMELIFT follows the latest guidelines from the government and has taken many precautions with, among other things, increased hygiene measures and a focus on increased distance between colleagues. We have taken these precautions to ensure a safe workplace for our colleagues and to continue to maintain daily operations in OMMELIFT.

General about shipments

• Shipments of spare parts and lifts in Denmark and Europe will continue to operate normally.
• Shipments of spare parts internationally with air cargo are close to normal: some delays may occur due to fewer scheduled flights.
• Shipping of lifts internationally with container cargo are close to normal: Some delays may occur as there are fewer containers in circulation.

Of course, we are constantly updated on the global development of Covid-19 and will inform our customers and partners if changes are expected.
